- Full refund will be provided for company-initiated cancellations
- We will attempt to offer alternative dates or tours when possible

4.3 No-Shows
Customers who fail to appear at the designated meeting point within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows and no refund will be provided.
